It’s the time of the year again.
The Amazing Race Asia is now accepting applications as contestants for the next season. Malaysia auditions will be on March 6, 13 and 21. There are 2 ways to apply: you can personally submit your application package (including the application form, a photo and a video) at the booth when auditions are held at your area OR you can impress the judges for 3 minutes for which your audition will also be filmed.

Paramore, an American rock band from Tennessee will rock Manila on March 9, 2010 at the SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds. Show stars at 8:30PM.
The band is composed of lead vocalist and keyboardist Hayley Williams, lead guitarist Josh Farro, bassist Jeremy Davis, drummer Zac Farro and rhythm guitarist Taylor York. The group is currently promoting their latest album Brand New Eyes which was released on September 2009. Their hits include Misery Business, Crushcrushcrush, Decode and Ignorance.

5th Place – Tibo 10.81%
4th Place – Johan 13.39%
3rd Place – Melissa 20.93%

Johan, Paul Jake, Tibo, Jason and Melissa are Pinoy Big Brother Double Up’s Big 5 this season.
This season, because the show has a longer run Big Brother (aka the management) decided to have 5 finalists instead of the usual 4. Tonight single mom from Davao, Mariel is the last housemate to be evicted from the Big Brother house.
Last week Mariel was able to start talking to the father of her son to patch things up and now that she is outside I hope they’ll be able to solve whatever problems they still have.

When Patrick was evicted a few weeks back I knew Cathy wasn’t in a good position and will surely be out of the game the next time she’s nominated. So tonight I wasn’t really surprise to see her go though I have to admit now that she’s one of my favorite (another favorite is Rica).
Cathy has just been evicted but she’s not able to get out of the house because she will take part in a special task called Resbak Attack which will test the housemates’ personality. Tonight ex-housemates Princess, Delio, Tom, Patrick, Yuri, Rob and Rica were welcomed back to the house and these people together with Cathy will start the Resbak Attack this week. This will surely be one of the most exciting twists this season and I’m happy Carol is not part of this special task because I don’t want to see that much drama really.

It was 2008 when DJ Earworm first did it, he, according to him, take a bunch of songs, put all apart and then put it all together to make a mashup. His first ‘United States of Pop’ was during 2008 which consists of the Top 25 songs of the year 2007 (according to Billboard). When doing it at the end of the year he calls it ‘United States of Pop’ but otherwise he combines song titles or calls it whatever he wants.
